Data License

Every FullStockData purchase includes a license to use the dataset for personal and internal-team use. You and members of your organization may load, analyze, model and build on the data internally. Insights, models and aggregate statistics you derive from the data are yours.

What needs a commercial license

The following uses are not covered by the included license and require a separate commercial license:

• Redistributing or reselling the data, in whole or in part, to anyone outside your organization.
• Productizing the data — embedding it in a product, API or service you sell or offer to third parties.
• Public-facing display — showing the data in an app, website or other surface available to the public.

Terms

The license is non-exclusive, non-transferable and conditioned on payment. This page is a plain-language summary — the binding terms are the license clause in our Terms of Sale, which govern in the event of any difference.
