Terms of Sale

These terms govern every purchase made at fullstockdata.com (“the Site”, “FullStockData”, “we”, “us”). Contact details are on the Imprint page. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Refund & Withdrawal Policy and our Privacy Policy.

What you are buying

FullStockData sells one-time purchases and subscriptions. The one-time purchases are snapshot datasets of public-equity data and per-stock analysis unlocks. A dataset order is a single purchase of the slice you configure — scope, data bundles and file format — generated from the latest end-of-day data at the time of fulfilment. An analysis unlock is access to one stock’s analysis page for the access window shown at checkout. Neither renews and neither stores a card for recurring use.

Ordering, prices & payment

Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Where sales tax or VAT applies, it is shown before you pay. The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed, and you receive an order confirmation by email.

Delivery

Delivery is digital and typically immediate: once your dataset is generated, a download link is sent to the email address you provide at checkout. No physical product ships. If a download link stops working, email [email protected] and we will re-issue it.

Download window

A delivered dataset stays downloadable for 30 days from delivery. What lapses is the hosted link, not your license: the file you downloaded remains yours to keep and use under the license below, for as long as you like. You can re-send the link to yourself from the download page at any time — before or after the window closes — which re-opens it; the copy always goes to the address the order was placed with. If that mailbox is gone, email [email protected]. Orders delivered before this window was introduced are not affected by it.

Subscriptions

A subscription is a recurring service. You choose a plan and a billing interval (monthly or yearly) at checkout, and Stripe charges the same amount each interval until you cancel. The amount is fixed when you subscribe and stays with that subscription: a later change to our published prices does not change what an existing subscription is billed.

Fair use. Every plan carries published limits, and they are part of what you are buying rather than a hidden throttle:

Analysis pages are for your own use. Systematic scraping, sharing access with people outside your subscription, or reselling access is not covered by any plan and may end it.

Your account

One-time purchases do not require an account: a dataset arrives by email and an analysis unlock works from the link you are sent. Subscriptions do, because they need somewhere to show what you hold.

Emails we send

Order confirmations, delivery emails, sign-in codes, subscription receipts and payment-failure notices are transactional: they are part of the service and cannot be switched off while you have an active order or subscription. Alongside them we send a small number of reminders tied to something you own — that a download window is about to close, that an analysis unlock is about to lapse, or a weekly note of what changed on your list. Reply “stop” to any of those and we will stop sending them. An analysis unlock lasts 30 days, so the reminders about it are finite by construction. Marketing email is separate and only ever goes to people who asked for it.

Data license

Every purchase includes a license for personal and internal-team use: you and members of your organization may load, analyze and build on the data internally. What that license attaches to depends on what you bought — a dataset order licenses the file, and you keep it after the download window closes; an analysis unlock and a subscription license access to the pages for as long as the unlock or the subscription runs, and that access ends when they do. The following require a separate commercial license — contact [email protected] for a quote:

The license is non-exclusive, non-transferable and conditioned on payment. Insights, models and aggregate statistics you derive from the data are yours.

Data is informational — not investment advice

The datasets are provided for informational and research purposes only. Nothing on the Site or in a dataset is investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security. Financial data can contain errors, gaps and delays, and field coverage varies across markets and companies. You are responsible for verifying the data before relying on it.

Warranty & liability

Datasets are delivered as-is. We do not warrant that the data is complete, accurate or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer — including the remedies described in our Refund & Withdrawal Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order. Material changes are published on this page with a new effective date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the operator of fullstockdata.com is established, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
