Every FullStockData order is a one-time digital purchase — there is no subscription to cancel. This page covers our voluntary money-back guarantee, the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU/EEA and UK, and how to request a refund.
30-day money-back guarantee
If a dataset doesn’t match what you expected, tell us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the order in full — no questions asked. Reply to your order email or write to [email protected]. We aim to issue the refund within 24 hours of your request.
This guarantee is voluntary and sits on top of your statutory rights. It is more generous than the legal minimum in every market we sell into, so in practice it is the policy you will use.
EU/EEA & UK: statutory right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, distance purchases normally carry a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content delivered immediately the law provides an exception: at checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once delivery begins. Your dataset is generated and delivered within minutes of payment, so the statutory right expires at that point.
Our 30-day guarantee above applies regardless — losing the statutory right does not affect it.
If you do not consent to immediate delivery, or your order has not yet been delivered, you may withdraw within 14 days of the contract without giving a reason by sending a clear statement to [email protected]. You may use the model form below, but it is not required:
- To fullstockdata.com: I hereby withdraw from my contract for the purchase of the following dataset — ordered on [date], order number [number], name and email of the consumer, date.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go to the original payment method via Stripe. Once issued, your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days to post the amount. Refunds are made in the currency of the original charge.
Refresh purchases
A snapshot refresh of a previous order is a separate one-time purchase and carries the same 30-day guarantee.
